With our opening in August of 2024 in Houston’s Highland Village, we began welcoming clients to the Parisian inspired space. Hairstylists have and continue to be selected for their expertise in color, styling, hair cutting, and extensions.

Our Salon brings an elevated salon experience to Houston where creativity, skill and attention to detail is met on every sensory level.

Segreto’s Venetian plastered walls and ceilings, pale wood herringbone floors, set the ambience upon entering; floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to enhance theatmosphere and beauty. The enthusiasm and warmth of the front desk team set the tone — along with a curated music selection. The coffee bar has become known for its coffee selections including cappuccino, presented in gold rimed china awaits. Those visiting for color are personally escorted to a separate, Philip Jeffries wallpapered retreat for color processing. For special occasions or clients requiring privacy, a private room is discreetly tucked behind amber glass Art Nouveau antique doors. Styling and finishing services are provided in the spacious main Salon where clients enjoy the treetop view.

In 2025, we added skincare services and products, as well as nail services to our services which include hair and makeup. Our culture, vibe and talent sets us apart.
